By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.---🧾 A. GENERAL TERMS1. Agreement
These Terms apply to all art commissions requested from Lazy Seven. You are only bound by the Terms and prices agreed upon at the time of payment.
2. Right to Decline
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission request for any reason.
3. Confidentiality
Personal information shared for commissions (email, name, references, etc.) is kept confidential and used only for completing the artwork.
4. Art Style & Capability
You commission me for my art style as seen in my portfolio. Requests outside my skill/style may be declined or quoted differently.---🎨 B. WHAT I WILL / WON’T DRAW✔ Will Draw:
• Original Characters (OC)
• Fan Art
• Portraits & Scenes within my style
• Borrowing models/original characters from Lazy Seven✖ Won’t Draw:
• NSFW or explicit content
• Heavy muscular / mecha / extreme gore
• Subjects I am uncomfortable with (e.g., certain minority themes unless specified)--✨ C. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMERSome artworks may be created or enhanced using AI-assisted tools, guided by original concepts, characters, and creative direction by the creator.All final works are curated and approved by the creator.---💸 C. PAYMENT & PROCESS1. Payment Method
• USD via PayPal or similar
• IDR via local transfer / Gopay
(Client responsible for any conversion fees)2. Payment Schedule
• You may pay in full upfront, or
• 50% deposit after sketch approval, remaining 50% after full completion.3. Delivery
Final artwork (high-resolution) is delivered only after full payment is received.---🛠️ D. REVISION POLICY• Major revisions: Allowed before sketch approval.
• Minor revisions: Allowed after sketch, during coloring.
• Revisions after final artwork may incur additional charges.---⏱️ E. TURNAROUND & DEADLINES• Standard turnaround ~ 7 days (varies by complexity or queue).
• Specific deadlines must be discussed before payment and may incur rush fees.---🚫 F. REFUND POLICYNon-Refundable:
• Deposit paid after sketch approval.
• Final payment after artwork delivery.Refund is possible only if:

I retain all copyrights to the artwork by default.
2. Usage
• Personal Use: Allowed — display, social media, print for personal enjoyment.
• Commercial Use: Allowed only with separate agreement & fee.
3. Restrictions
• You may NOT resell, sublicense, mint NFT, or use artwork for AI training.
• You may NOT claim the art as your own or remove my signature.---📢 H. SHARING & PRIVACY• You may post the artwork online with credit to Lazy Seven.
