Terms of Use

By purchasing my Digital Artwork, I assume that you have read and agree to my "Terms of Use". Please read them carefully before proceeding.

A. USAGE & COPYRIGHT1. This download is strictly for PERSONAL USE only (for personal enjoyment, displaying it in one's home, or using it as a self-expression tool, or even give them as free gifts to friends, relatives, and others).2. The artist holds the copyright to the artwork. Please note that all of my sales are “Digital Artwork” and it is the Artwork’s “Intellectual Property (IP)” that is purchased by you, the Buyer.3. All Artworks sold in the store have been displayed on several social media accounts of the artist as product promotion and examples. Buyers can only forward and like posts of related Artworks from the artist's social media, and do not have the right to upload digital artworks that have been purchased in the store.4. Buyers may not edit, re-sell, share, alter, adapt, redistribute, and claim the artwork as their owns.5. It is strictly prohibited to use artwork for AI images, NFTs, and others.6. Buyers may not use it in the creation of other physical or digital products for commercial use.

B. STORES & PAYMENT1. Buyers can purchase Digital Artworks created by Artists in available stores, such as: Ko-fi, Trakteer, and Gumroad. (*note: I'm more diligent in updating products on Ko-Fi. For Trakteer and Gumroad, if I remember those two platforms, I'll update there, hehe ヾ(´▽｀;)ゝ)2. Online payment according to what is available on the online store platform, for example via PayPal or credit/debit card. Full payment once purchased, items can be taken (downloaded) immediately after payment.

C. REFUND POLICY1. Due to the nature of this product, I don't accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. But feel free to contact me if you have any problems with the files.
